		<description><![CDATA[17th November 2011 Movember meeting By Regan Jules Maquet Givemore Mashingaidze opened the meeting and handed over to Dafne Nienhuys, the President. Dafne welcomed everyone and handed over to the Toastmaster of the Evening, Glen Simpson.  In honour of Movember, Glen sported a black false beard, which he shortly took off after he accidentally ate parts of it while speaking. 		<description><![CDATA[October 4th &#8211; October fest &#8211; by Lisa Huan I attended E&#38;Y Toastmaster Club&#8217;s event for the first time on October 4th, with the exciting theme of Oktoberfest!  I was warmly welcomed by fellow Toastmasters, and truly enjoyed the laidback, familial atmosphere!  2 hours flew by and before I knew it, the official Toastmaster session was over.
